But being strong doesn’t hurt. I’d be lying if I said there were better feelings than hitting a new 1 rep PR (personal record) on an olympic lift, or when your favorite song times up perfectly with a heavy set. My journey in fitness started with strength and it has only gotten sharper as I’ve progressed. Whether you want an introduction or a comprehensive plan, lets get you strong.
