I wouldn’t make you do something that I haven’t done myself and I’m a believer in adapting my own training to fit your body and goals. I also do my best to stay on the forefront of current physiology and fitness research.
The way peak performance and functional fitness is headed almost always involves cross training. Whether its just you and me, you and a partner or a group circuit, I try to maximize your time with the best strength and aerobic mix to give you a well rounded workout with applicable results.
